Great Stay Near the Parks

on-site supermarket sufficient equipment free water sustainable design
The on-site supermarket was handy for quick needs. The gym had sufficient equipment for a good workout. I appreciated the free drinking water refill station and the modern, sustainable design of the hotel. My kids enjoyed the classic games that were available.
The pillows felt quite firm for my preference.

The hotel is within walking distance from the park. It is also relatively quiet. An outlet mall is conveniently located just a short walk away, offering dining options.

Housekeeping kept the room impeccably clean every day. The laundry facility was convenient. Lockers were also available for guest use. The room was modern and well kept. A plus for a longer stay.

Staff members were consistently friendly. They were very attentive and helpful with all requests. The front office team provided excellent service. I found them to be very responsive to needs.

park tickets 2 pm checkout
The hotel included park tickets. It was great to test two of the four parks. I appreciated the 2 PM checkout time. I could swim and play more the next day. I did not need to rush on checkout.
The pillows were uncomfortable. My neck hurt afterwards.

basic stay with a few issues

weak shower pressure full car park
the shower pressure was pretty weak. i found a broken hairdryer. also the car park was completely full each night and i had to park quite far away. the check in process took about half an hour which felt too long.
